How do i treat swollen feet by sunburn?

• i went to get some sun but got too much and now my feet are swollen its hard to walk what do i do? how do i treat it?

  Start by using lydociane it helps take the pain out so you can put socks and stuff back on. then use aloe vera gel to release the heat and when you rest or go to sleep put a damp not too cold rag on and fall asleep this allows the heat to be drawn out while you sleep.
