Why do toenails fall off?

What does it mean when my toenails just fall off without pain or bleeding?

  With all due respect, as I'm a paramedic and not a doctor, I don't see why you would take Tramadol in a situation where the patient is not feeling any pain. Tramadol is a non-narcotic pain reliever and is used for patients with chronic pain issues. Call your doctor and ask what you should do. It's not an emergency situation, but it might indicate an underlying issue about which your physician will be more aware, because s/he knows your Medical history. Call your doctor or go to a walk-in clinic. And don't take pain medicine when you're not feeling any pain. Incidentally, you can't get Tramadol w/o a prescription anyway. WARNING: Don't obtain "free prescription drugs" over the Internet. And never ever take medicine suggested by anyone online unless it's already an over-the-counter (OTC) drug. Even then you need to take care to watch for any adverse reactions that may occur from the intake of the medicine. Some people have allergic reactions to medicines they've never tried before-which is also true of OTC's-and that reaction has the potential to turn into a life-threatening condition known as anyphylaxis.
