in some states, any disabled adult (even when not on disability, but pending) can have a case worker sometimes the caseworker is the person whom they co-ordinate any benefits through I would imagine a person who is going to VA hospital for rehab could also have a case worker to help them apply for benefits if he happens to use dialysis, then the facility will have a case worker that can help him Your previous questions on the same topic: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ArABuCJpC9hhY5tanZrKAALsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20120526051303AABnkQn and: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Av3oWLzTJ0Law3FlmSdV4oDty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20120505234441AAdQzFY Could this man be in a halfway house... yes, of course At this point, I think the only way you are going to get actual answers is to ask him see what he has to say about it and, if he isn't being honest with you.. then you might want to re-think dating him
