How to mod the Sims 2?

How do you use mod the sims 2 ?!?!?

  • I have everything I want downloaded to my desktop , but how do I upload it to my game ?!?! If you could please leave me clear step by step that would be great ! Thank you soooo much :]

    okay so instructions , make sure if it's a pc computer , you download "winrar" when you download the item , & you right click to say "open" then it opens to winrar , where you put "extract to" & go to your sims 2 folder then find the folder "downloads" ( if you dont have one , you can make one make sure it's spelled exactly like this "downloads". ) then you're pretty much done [: but if you're downloading it while playing the game , you have to restart the game , in order for the downloads to appear in you game. & make sure you enable the items [: (there will be a screen that pops up while playing or starting up your game ! ) hope this helped you [:
