I'm guessing you mean you're account has been locked and you need to verify you know 3 friends? or that you need to have email verification that you are the owner of the account. If one of these are the case The 3 friend thing you cannot avoid, you can email facebook to see if there's another option for you, otherwise, its not going to happen. If your account has been locked, there should be an option to email you details about how to "unlock" your Facebook account.
