When we opened a year ago we sent out 100,000 fliers (roughly £1,500 printed and delivered)which had a coupen printed on it for a free business audit, which bascially gave companies the information on how they could benefit from our service. Maybe you could do the same with some sort of offer and bascially explain why you're better than current competitors? We have found fliers to be the best for us as they are very cost effective and we can follow which area is most lucrative and continually send out fliers on a monthly basis. our return has gone from 2% to roughly 4.75%.

They inform you about other associations for you to take advantage of. GET INVOLVED! Sponsoring your community events and organizations helps throw your name out there. Local advertising on TV--late night advertising is helping plus your ad doesn't cost as much as the day-time slots. Local radio is a great source especially if you are having a grand opening and want a big crowd.
