Here is a great place to start but you need to put the full url including the http:// in front and make them full links to the page itself, not just the main website of those listed websites. Make it as easy as possible for readers to get straight to your book. There are more than a few books that people could be distracted by on those sites. The person asking the question can do that here. The answerer cannot. As has been mentioned write some articles and put them on ezinearticles, you can have a link in your bio. Posting on relevant blogs with the link to your website but do not spam as you will not be shown by the site owner. You should have provided a short description of the contents in your question. That is so people have a rough idea of the contents and can decide to go and look based on whether it is of interest to them and also that description would be used by search engines to show as relevant content. These questions show up on Google search very quickly, but only for those keywords. Put "How do i advertise my book in the net effectively" in Google search and you will find it on page 1 for sure as there is a grammatical error which most people would not use - in the net, on the net.
