Windsor, Ontario and region. Leamington, Ontario was voted as the best place to live in Canada in 2008 I believe by Moneysense Magazine. We are the most multicultural of all of Canada (except Toronto). But we have a lot more affordable housing and are close to Detroit (therefore, good shopping). You should move to Frobisher Bay. It is the best place to live. Second best is Rankin Inlet. You should go to either one. You will be really happy there.
I would recommend a nice city suburb. Any city would be fine I guess.
