    I would say probably about a week.. Be careful because it will sting. I had a cut one time, and I wasn't even trying to heal it, I was just sucking on my lemon and I used my hand to get it out of my drink and the lemon made contact with my cut and it stung really bad. That means it was just killing the germs. It feels somewhat close to alcohol but not as bad.
