    I don't think an internet site would be the best approach. Why not start giving him money (or fake money, whatever works for you) for jobs he does around the house and having a fake store for him? I don't mean a lot but enough to give him and understanding of money and the meaning behind it.

You could get some websites, but he might be more excited if you let him play with some real money.
