How do I go to my Yahoo! 360 picture?

Okay, i have made a yahoo 360, but every time i go to upload a picture...?

• it says like "error. only .jpg blah blah blah are allowed under 5mb." well i tried like 4857457 pictures, and theyre all under 5mb, and .jpg. hellllpppp.

  You will likely need to make sure that its in a JPEG format that 360 recognizes and that the file is under 5MB in file size. Paint is on most Windows computers with Microsoft software in the Accessories programs section. - Open Paint, then open the image file from within Paint. - Go to the File menu and Save As (perhaps as a different file name). - Choose the JPEG option in the file type dropdown after you click Save As. Pick a quality level if that box pops up. Sometimes re-saving the file in Paint helps when 360 does not recognize it as a JPEG.
