Hasn't your "brother" told you what to expect? Of COURSE you'll stand out! You surely won't have the same shoes, the clothes are different enough to make you look "American". Which means you'll be SUPER ATRACTIVO to the women! Treatment? What do you MEAN? You'll be where foreigners are welcomed and expected, and loved (partly for their interest and partly for their money) AND you'll be with a native. You're not going to be there for long enough to make buying a wardrobe necessary while you're there. Just go have fun!
