What does being technical on a skateboard mean?

If you have a heavy skateboard does that mean it will work out your legs?

  • I've got an airwalk skateboard it's really long, a bit heavy and a bit wide does that matter?

  • Answer:

the only way u work ur legs while skatin is wen u push and pump on ramps. the weight of the board makes no diffrence apart from the fact tht a heavy board is harder to use

The size and weight of your skateboard is designed to give it more traction. This means your less likely to fall off. Being heavier is more strenuous lugging it about. Probably a good one. I can't see how it will tire your legs out. Perhaps this type of skateboard is a little big for you to handle. Now I'm not into this, and have no experience of skateboarding, but its down to logic, and common sense, and understanding of why things are made in a certain way. As long as the wheels don't come off, I wish you happy skating. givemestrength
