Answer:
It could be caused by alomost anything in your day to day life. Once your body develops a reaction to a substace you can be hypersensitive to it fo a long time. I have a similar issue but i am yet to find the cause and its been about 15 years, i live with the flare ups caused by food or environment, sometimes i take an antihistamine but usually i just wait till it goes away on its own.

go to an allergist and get all of the tests if you haven't changed your beauty, food, soap and other products you use. I just had a baby and now I have chronic hives. I am not and have never been allergic to anything. It could be a hormonal thing as my allergist says. In 95 percent of the cases, he says they go away on their own and there is no known cause for them. great I know. :( Maybe the cyst could have something to do with it. You may have developed a low thryroid or something. The allergist can do tests to see if you have developed antibodies to thryroid. The cyst could be throwing your hormones out of whack. I feel for you... I am dealing with the same awful itchy issue!

I would go see an allergist or even a regular doctor and have them perform an allergy panel on you. They can do it with a blood test now. I don't know about the cysts and the hives...that's interesting. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and keep getting hives randomly, but I'm allergic to a ton of things too so I don't worry too much about it, but there could be a connection...who knows?

your cause of hives could be due to the stress of your upcoming marriage. could be your laundry detergent or body soap. try eliminating one thing at a time from your diet or daily routine. my daughter had chronic hives for two years after we moved to a different part of town and she had to go to a new school (she hated it there) after two years we moved back to the other side of town (to where we previously lived) she hasn't had an outbreak of hives since and it's been 6 years since then....so maybe stress is causing it.
