I actually did the program that Athena talks about. It works, like nothing else did. I've tried atkins, paleo, mayo clinic, acai berry, weight watchers, all of them. This was the only program where I saw any REAL long term success. Awesome way to lose lots of weight... fast, safely, and easily. Highly recommended.
