  I am surprised you have not learned to avoid noisy (what you called grainy) and blurred images. To reduce the chance of blur, make sure you are using a high shutter speed in low light. If necessary raise the camera ISO. Noise tells me that you are shooting in low light and have the cameras ISO set to :"auto" How do the shots you take outdoors during the day turn out? Most long time photographers try to make their images near perfect when the press the shutter release. Doing that, they do not need to spend time retouching their images ... leaving more time for actual photography, taking photos
