if you have an analogue HD connection out, then you can record with the camera. can you hook up your camcorder directly to a HD monitor? if you can, then using those same outputs, place them on the output of the xbox, put your camera to vtr mode and look into the lcd screen to see if there is a signal. the connectors will be red, green and blue. hook these to the same colors going in or out.
