Why can't I receive picture messages but I can send them?

Cant send or receive picture messages,can you help?

I had the same problem when I bought a new phone for my o2 contract. I set up the multi-media messaging according to the website, but still could not send or receive messages. I phoned o2 two or three times and eventually they said that they hadn't enabled messaging on my account. I would suggest you give T-mobile a call and ask them to help. I've since had another new phone - a samsung J700 and o2 sent me two texts with the settings which I had to open as you would a regular text and then choose to 'install' from the list of options, good luck!

take it to a Tmobile shop and ask them to enable picture messages. your phone (being a Virgin phone) probably doesn't have the correct software to receive pic-messages fromTmobile. it's usually free to get this small update and doesn't take long!

t mobile need to send you configuration texts, call them x
