Assuming you already have a T-Mobile phone, you simply have to purchase the phone from anywhere- eBay, Cingular store etc. and insert your T-Mobile SIM card into the RAZR v3 phone. In case you didn't know, SIM cards are little chips that hold your phone's data, usually located in the back of a phone. If you are having trouble removing/replacing your SIM card, call T-mobile customer service and they will guide you through it. Good luck!
