    There's really not enough info here to give you an extremely detailed answer, but I'll work with what we have here: -first off, I'd drop the 3 iron and stick with the hybrid as the hybrid is typically going to be much easier to hit from various lies and will be easier to get airborne on a higher trajectory which is what you want on a club of that loft -I'd also drop that LW as that club does have it's uses and there's nothing more fun that hitting a high and dead spinning flop shot, but the risk/reward ratio for hitting that shot for 14 handicapper is way to heavy on the risk side; I'd replace this LW with a 56 deg sand wedge with the bounce typical for your home course Good luck this season!

You've got pretty much everything covered. You list 13 clubs so when you add in a putter you're at the maximum 14 clubs. The only thing I might change is trade the LW for an SW. You'll get about the same distance but the sole is designed specifically for getting out of bunkers. If I were you and I wanted to hit for example 155, I'd just hit an easy 5 rather than trying to power a 6. You just need to learn to work what's in your bag to your best advantage. A 14 cap is pretty good golfer so you should be able to to do this without much difficulty.
