How do I change the name of the members? Right now it's their email address. I can't tell who is who.

Is this on Messager? If so right click on the email address, then go down to Contact Detail. When their Contact Detail come up put the name you want to see in the nickname, because that is what will show on the list. Hope that helps, good luck.
