Can I restrict which members can access the Files?

How can non-yahoo members of a yahoo group access the 'files section' of the group?

It seems that some of the 'members' of my Yahoo! Group CANNOT access the 'Files' section from the homepage. Apparently, you have to have a Yahoo! ACCOUNT in order to do this. Is that ...show more
Answer:

Any address can be used for yahoo group emails. However, Yahoo makes you jump through some hoops to register a non-yahoo address for access to the group site with the files and such. There is a 'wizard' that helps this. It is not well written and some of my members just cannot figure it out, while others have no trouble.
