What is the best website to help me get work abroad?

I have done all the work in my startup and my website launches soon, how do I get help with making it successful?

• I have done all the funding for my startup and I launch my social photo sharing website very soon. Now that it is close to my launch date I know that I will need experienced help on all aspects of running a startup. I know that I will need programmers, designers, legal help, someone experienced in funding and everything else that it takes to run this business successfully. I am currently in college earning my BA in computer sciences...Mobile Development and I lack the knowledge to turn my visions into working code.  I would love to be able to focus on the improvements as my company grows and work with a development team and have the business side of things ran by experienced people. My funds are limited and that will be my biggest obstacle once I launch.

To give you a short summary, you are going to want to develop actionable metrics on the growth of your company that allow you to quickly go through the process of learn-measure-build. Each time you build a new feature or change functionality, it should be to validate a solution to the customers pain. You want to complete the loop as fast as you can. Hire developers that you get along with. These will be the best people to help you in becoming an experienced and versatile programmer following the lean/agile methodologies. And last but not least, hire an experienced but technically capable CEO. If you want to have time to work with the development team, you need someone else to run your business. But seriously, read the book because he is way smarter than me.
