How to create Android widget for my music player?

Is there a Windows phone music player app on which we can create our own playlists?

• I have installed Winamp on my Android phone. I can create playlists on it and add songs to any playlist (Eg : "my beats", "my melodies", "my western classical", etc)  But I am not able to find a similar feature on my sister's Nokia Lumia Windows 8 phone's default player. Am I missing anything ? Or do we have any good music player app on which we can create custom playlists?

• Answer:

  The default Xbox Music app can do this. Press and hold on a song, artist, or album and select the "add to now playing" option. Once you have all the songs you want in the now playing list, go to the now playing screen. At the bottom of the screen there will be a circular button with a disk inside, giving you the option to save the playlist you just created. Another option is to create the playlist on your computer and sync it to your Windows Phone.
