    how did you clean the engine bay? its a possibility that you got a wire wet and it shorted something. its deffinately an electical problem. was the inside of the distributor scorched or burned? it could be the distributor. i know its really exspensive but the honda dealership is really the best place to take your car unless you have a very very very trusted mechanic who has a warentee guarentee type deal. is the ecu obd1 or 2? take it to autozone to see if its sending out any codes. they can diagnose the prob if it is. that would deffinately help. have them check everything. altenator is another thing. thats really a big thing actually. check that. so yea check your altenator before you do anything else because that may be the problem. can you jump start it?

does the car turn over? or are you getting nothing at all? if the car turns over but wont fire, i would check the ignitor. if nothing at all, i would check the main relay.
