As a British Law student, marrying an American, what steps need to be taken to move/practice there?

as a qualified english lawyer how have you come up with the idea that it would be easy to switch over to america.i would say you have no chance at this moment in time the american government for a start are not going to finance you in any way the fact that you are going to marry an american citizen does not hold water with the americans whatsoever,and even worse you are from pakistan not exactly the favourite country of the americans at this moment in time,i assume that you have gone into law to make money if so let me give you some advise,the highest payed barristers in the world are english corporate lawyers much more than you can acheive in america because most of the litigation is in and around europe a long way from america who normally would not get involved in european litigation,i also think it would be nice and decent to pay back a little to the country that has trained you and givern you the ability to become what you are.dnt you?think carefully about what you are going to do it would be a different ball game if you were a female marrying an american every thing would be open for you very unfair but that is the way it is in america ,good luck ok.
