How can I change what my avatar looks like?

How do i get a real pic for my yahoo avatar and how do you change what the character looks like ?

    Upload a picture on yahoo 360 page. http://360.yahoo.com/ Edit my page> Edit personal photos> U can upload pic or browse saved pics> Click on the pic u want to use> Click set as primary> SAVE at the bottom of the page> ★★★★★★★★ ACTIVATE your NEW picture by: Going 2 your Yahoo! Answers profile: http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit Click on Edit My Info. Then click: Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture.
