How can I transfer pictures from e-mail to 'my pictures?

How to transfer pictures from an email, to 'My Pictures'. When I try, it seems to work, but when I go to.....?

  I had to go and try it myself to see if it works. Once you got the picture, right click and where it says open file location, click on that and it will locate the file in your computer. Once you have the file. right click on the file (do not open the file) go to send and send it to my documents. Close everything and go to my documents and drag the file to your picture folder. I hope it works Also if you have another email address or email provider you my want to send it to that address because some email providers are more easy to upload pictures.
