I guess that money is not an issue in this case, so I shall recommend: Mandarin Oriental (Hyde Park), Radisson SAS (Portman Square) and The Dorchester (Hyde Park). My personal favourite though is St Martins Lane Hotel in Covent Garden. I have also stayed at Malmaison and Hoxton Hotel and both are good.
