But if you are that unhappy, then go back to being a dialysis technican. Do what makes you happy. Money makes me happy. lol

I'm sorta in a similar position but anyways if it is really too hard for you, just do what will make you happy. there is no reason to hate your job, so do what will make you happier overall

I would take the job that makes $30/hr even if I hated it because it pays more. Money may not buy happiness, but the most important thing is survival. If you can survive on $16/hr after taxes then I would go for the less commute time.
