Is cna hard online and when should i start?

If you start orientation in CNA in a nursing home it means you got the job? am I going to work the next day or?

  • do i need to wait for their call again and see if I got accepted in that job position.. >? how many day or days is the orientation before you start your real job?

  • Answer:

YES. If you have been told where and when orientation is that means you have the job. Orientation is only for those who have been hired. So yes you have the job. Make sure you know where and when to attend orientation and how to dress.

You are paid for orientation. They wouldn't be paying you to do for orientation if you weren't hired.

Most nursing homes don't typically have someone do orientation unless they have hired them. Did you sign HR paperwork, criminal background check paperwork, and did you discuss hourly salary rate?? Orientation time frames vary at nursing homes. You would need to speak with the nursing home.

It is obvious when you are hired. You have an orientation, so show up for Day #2, etc You sign tax papers, you tell them where to send your paycheck if direct deposit is used, they give you a work schedule. This work schedule is set in stone, with some exceptions.
