How to do Medical Coding and Billing course or whatever?

Im thinking about taking an online course for medical billing and coding is this a good move or a bad one?

  If America was a civilised country there would be no need for such a course. Civilised countries have their own National Health and everyone pays into the National system from their wages. Therefore there is no need for medical insurance although it is available and there are some private hospitals here in Great Britain. I would not use them however. What does the American Government spend Americas money on? We all know that though don't we. Best of luck, look after the children and if you are unmarried don't have any more.
