What to expect in Bath and Body Works interview?

Group interview! For Bath and Body Works; Never done one before please help?!?

    I worked for them and it was a group interview for me. They just want to see who stands out more and they are looking for people who are "bubbly". They also make you rub lotion on each other and pretend it was a customer and you watch videos and such. So just make sure you smile the whole time. But beware tho, they hired a bunch of people and told me I was part time, I barely got hours and then I wasn't even on the schedule for like 2 weeks so I called and asked for my schedule and they told me I was hired seasonal so I didn't work there anymore. So I was left jobless.

Although I have never interviewed at BBW I have at GAP. About 5 years ago. They did do a group interview of about 10 possible sales people. We sat in a circle and talked about why we hoped to work there. I think they wanted to see how we would interact with others. It was short maybe 45 minutes. Remember to be positive, enthusiastic from the minute you walk in the store. They will be watching. The economy is tight so don't be a smart alek.

I don't know about BBW specifically, but in a retail environment, it seems that these are the most important: 1) that you will commit to learning the product line well so that you can answer customers knowledgeably 2) that you will be a great teammember, helping your coworkers when you can and having a positive attitude 3) that you have great customer service skills 4) that you are dependable and honest Good luck!

If this is for a sales clerk position, it won't be a group interview - maybe the Manager and an Assistant.
