I need to know what stores hire 17 year olds, (have my diploma) please dont tell me retail, resturants. i need?

But you don't think that anyone needs to know where you live in order to make suggestions? Go to a large shopping center and ask at each place if they're accepting applications. Ask your friends where they work.

Get off your *** and go to places YOU WANT TO WORK. Does your Mommy or Daddy wipe your ***? If you want a job, go find one. No free ride. PS: life gets ALLOT harder as you get older.

You have to help yourself and not expect people to hand you the answers. We don't know what area you live in, so we don't know what stores are in your area. Start making phone calls or go into a store and ask how old do you have to be to work there. Go to a mall or shopping center and go store by store and ask - be ready to fill out an application if they say they will hire someone under 18. Be sure to dress nice - not all dressed up, not do not wear worn looking jeans or T-shirts or sweat shirts. You said you have your diploma, but go back to your school and see if they have any job postings for students at any of the local businesses.

No idea what stores, restaurants, or other companies might be in your area! Or which ones are hiring for what. If you are already a high school graduate, make sure that is clear on your application, AND when you hand it in. "Since I have already graduated from high school, I am looking for full-time work." What skills do you have? Can you do some sort of work in an office, such as filing, answering phones & taking accurate legible phone messages, computer skills, excellent typing & English skills, etc, to start clerical/secretarial/admin work? Or what else? Even restaurant servers have to be able to use a computer. Stores & other businesses hire people who have education and skills. They want to know what you can do for them. So mention being a HS grad, and your SKILLS and other attributes which would fulfill an employer's needs & therefore make an employer want you!
