  I don't have anything to add to the suggestions you've already been given - other than to stay away from allegromedical.com, or to at least be careful if you choose to do business with them. My one experience with them was terrible, and I found them to have questionable business practices. (Price-switching, multiple charges to my credit card for ONE item, and failure to deliver despite repeated phone calls on my end.) Thankfully, I was not trying to purchase a big ticket item and did eventually get a refund on my credit card. But it was still a big headache to get everything sorted out. The reviews posted for allegro on epinions http://www.epinions.com/pr-Online_Stores_Services-Allegro_Medical are mixed as well. Just a heads up. Good luck with trying to find the necessary parts. In the meantime, I'd continue checking in on ebay for any new listings and do a search on boards with other chair users. There are usually swap/sell sections. I've also had good luck with sportaid.com. They have a large inventory and selection, but they are not cheap.
