How do I fix my PSP joystick?

I need to fix my psp my psp joystick but don't want to send it back to sony any ideas ?

  hey-you chipped your psp or you broke the joystick???? Either ways Sony can't do anything. It's not the system's fault it's your carelessness.If you broke the joystick you can always buy a new one to replace it. i've seen it in stores. if you chipped the psp well then buy the psp crystal cover. it's transparent plus it protects everything but the keys.
