How do I put a video on my PSP?

How can i put and watch video in my psp? what are he requirements?

• i made a folder named VIDEO, i put some mp4 video files. . but then, the psp still says that there are no available videos. . why?? and how??

  you need to reformat your memory stick using your psp not on your computer then make sure the videos are in mp4 format then drag and drop them in to the video folder i watch movies of the net on psp and dvds i rent or own doing it this way
