im wondering if it comes out for pc cause i don"t have a xbox 360

Probably not for another year or so at least. Or just buy a 360. At $300 for the Pro model, it's cheaper than buying a high-end video card. And unlike the PC, you can easily get used 360 games from stores like Gamestop.
