absolutely not. sorry my friend had a very similar system and it ran horribly, with more ram and a graphics card, probably anything with 1gb of memory you could run it. the game itself almost takes up a gb of ram so I would recommend have a system with 2.5 or more gb of ram. and if your processor is a duel core, i think it could just barely handle it if you have a good graphics card.

On-board graphics.....very dodgy. If there is a graphics card slot buy a graphics card. Oh and more RAM less lag. Get more RAM anyway if you can.
