How can you find out who's been on your facebook page?

Where do I find Facebook page admins to market our Facebook page app?

We created couple of facebook applications targeted for facebook pages for moderation and commerce. Where can I find potential customers? Looks like facebook does not have adverting option targeting facebook page admins?
Answer:

FB has an option that Page Admins can declare themselves on the page profile. If you find anyone then you can contact them. If they have not made themselves visible probably they don't want people reaching directly to them, respect their privacy. Apart from that you can message them over their page about your product.
