How can I delete hacked msn?

I got hacked and he took my bebo,facebook&msn is their anyway i could delete the hotmail acount without the PW?

create a new email address and email hotmail with the hacked accounts details explain that it has been compromised and ask that it be closed immediately, then email facebook support and bebo support and give them your account details tell them your accounts have been compromised and that you wish for them to be suspended until the problem is resolved. then contact the police explain your situation and they may be able to trace the hacker via ip addresses and whatnot
