    If by screen name you mean the name people see on MSN Messenger (I am pretty sure it is impossible to actually change your email address name without creating a new one), you simply double click on your name in MSN Messenger and change it to whatever you want (top half of the window). It won't change your email address but it does change the name people see you as on MSN, sort of like nicknaming yourself.
