Answer:
I think it is the internet connection problem not a virus........ Check your router maybe some setting needs to be changed.... Check your cable adapter.............. If you have cable, and many people have the same line in the area.........it slows it down............ Also,,,if you are using a wireless connection,,,,,make sure that it is password protected,,,so no body else can use it......... . I think it is not a virus cause you said you used all the famous anti-viruses......i think if it is a virus it should be wiped out

If u reformated your harddrive and still have the problem its probably isnt a virus its most likely a problem with your hardware make sure all drivers are up to date try windows defender it detects most everything and its free http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=435bfce7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en

ok, whats the name of it? sounds like the server to me. if you really reformatted, then everything would be gone.

are you hard-wired or wireless? Is it possible someone is leeching your wireless connection? (is your connection encrypted?) it's likely not a virus but rather your method of connection. If it's not coming up on that many virus scans, it's probably not a virus at all, but rather a connection problem

reformating will not remove a virus try this online scan www.housecall.trendmicro.com
great one
If you reformated and its still there are you absolutely sure that it is a virus? It could possibly be a bad modem. But if you're sure its a virus try running Avast in boot-time mode. Most of the time this is very effective in locating and removing the virus. God Bless.

How do you know its a Virus ? If you have a Router, it could be a setting there. You may need to reset the Cable Modem. Unless you have more info, I would at this stage, doubt it is a virus

Try special software that wipes EVERYTHING on a hard drive, It was invented for use to remove personal information from hard drives but it should remove your virus to. Also make sure it is a virus and not just a bad connection. If you are using a cable connection, having tons people on at the same time slows it down, a lot.
