How to access a site from which I have been banned?

Dpgroup.org is it gone/down/ site banned?

I keep getting page is offline, I found them on Facebook and it says site is down due to technical issues and should be up shortly. it also states their main forum is down and has supplied this www.dpgroup.in Also it states on the forum not try to access the main form more than 5 times in 1Minutes. There is a possibility of Auto Block of your IP due to some security precautions. but once everything is back up and running you shouldn't have any problems.

We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version" Is like the 3rd time that happens this month and I hate it!! But is nice to know is not just me :) I just hope is temporary because I love DPGroup!!!

me, too. my i.p. address is supposedly banned from the site and i don't know what i did wrong. according to another forum, the site is upgrading or increasing its capacity which is why it's down but accessing it gives me the message that i'm banned. i hope there's a way to contact the administrators/moderators
