  So far, it appears to be random. It definitely has nothing to do with what day you got in, as people from all days have gotten their emails. No one knows specific dates, as Pottermore has not released any information on how they are sending out their emails. The only official information is that everyone who successfully registered during the Magic Quill Promotion will get their email between now and the end of September. Everything else that you hear is fan speculation, nothing more, so don't pin your hopes completely on any of those! For the only OFFICIAL information, consult the pottermore insider blog (http://insider.pottermore.com/), the "help" section of pottermore (https://www.pottermore.com/en/help), or the Pottermore twitter account (http://twitter.com/#!/pottermore). My theory is that entry is based on what language and country you put when registering. Since the point of early entry into the beta site is to test what works and what doesn't, it seems normal that they would want to get people from all over.
