What size/type of snowboard should i get?

  get a board that comes to about your nose in height though you might want a little smaller because you don't weigh that much so a shorter board would be easier to control also for the same reason you will want a fairly flexible board that will respond better. As far as brands go, burton, solomn, i have an arbor, k2 if you need any more help a ski shop should be able to help you make sure your boots fit when you buy them, too small your feet will always be cold, too big your heal will pop out making boarding difficult.
