  Nothing can be done by you, in terms of fixing the problem. This is likely a common 360 glitch. If your mailbox and/or Top Page comment box was working fine before and suddenly it's not working (i.e. all that's in your question details), then you'll have to wait this out and hope that the problem is "miraculously" resolved soon. You may be able to click on the "See All" link of the module to see comments that did not appear on the Top Page. Sometimes this glitch is relieved temporarily during certain times of the day. It would be up to you to check throughout the day to see if the mailbox or Top Page comment box is working correctly at any point in time. When the Yahoo servers get backed up, then you will see this happen more often, as well as maybe delayed alerts. In the meantime, you can ask people to post comments to your Blog, if it's activated.
