Answer:
Deleting or emptying your recycle bin does not mean those files are gone forever. But if you want any hope of getting them back, the sooner you act the better. What you need to do is get data recovery software With data recovery software you can scan the lower levels of your hard drive where in many cases the memory remains. I don't exactly understand your problem(Sorry for that), but as my understanding goes you are unable to delete a file from your recycle bin, if that's right then you should trying the same while logged into safe mode(assuming you are using Windows). That might help. As far as the files in the recycle bin are concerned they are not actually deleted when you empty the recycle bin(They are just deleted form the file system entries but it's contents will still be located at the same place on the hard disk where it is stored as long as it is not overwritten or formatted. visit the link to know more about recovering deleted files in linux

yeah, once u delete an item from the recycle bin as well,it totally gets deleted..but if u want to retrieve some useful data, which u have accidently deleted,u can get a software which helps u to retrieve even the deleted data..broadly speaking, the data once entered never gets deleted..the delete option in reality just disables us from viewing those files..but they are always in the computer..its simply that we arent able to view the deleted data!!!
