Can people find my real life address by my IP address?

    Not without a warrant, subpoena, or court order to your ISP. You can get a rough geographic location for any IP, but that's a far cry from getting an actual address. Derek, Apple can show "current location" because the iPhone has a GPS unit in it, you boob. You CANNOT get a physical address from an IP address just like that without direct access to ISP records, which Apple doesn't have. Period.
