    no it cant. tungsten cannot be resized, you are advised to make sure it fits before buying it. you will have to get a new one if you want a better fit

The metal is too strong for any resizing... When I bought one for my fiancee when we started dating, the man that worked at the place said "If it didn't fit, we can exchange/return it for his size"... So, I would suggest bringing it in to the jewelry store and seeing if they have any other sizes in that ring...

Well - You are not able to resize tungsten rings, but we bought a ring from http://www.TungstenFashions.com and they exchanged our ring for us for a new size. My hubby lost weight and he had to go down a size. It did cost like 8 bucks to do the exchange, but at least they did it and we didnt' have to buy a new ring all together. (below is the ring we bought) see how ti says Tungsten Carbide in the middle. Tungsten cannot be resized. You have to get a new ring and make sure that it is sized correctly before you purchase it.
